Searching for Signs in the Sky
When we gaze upward and see unexplained lights, it is natural to feel a mix of wonder and unease. In a world that often feels chaotic, the question of what the Bible says about ufos becomes a way to seek stability. We look for answers because our hearts are wired to understand the unseen forces around us.
Yet, scripture reminds us that our focus should not be on the phenomena of the sky, but on the Person who created it. The anxiety of the unknown is met by the certainty of God’s presence. He is not distant, but intimately involved in the details of our lives and the structure of the heavens.
And he said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.— John 2:16, KJV
The True Temple of Our Lives
Jesus cleared the temple with fierce zeal, showing that God’s dwelling place is holy and set apart. He did not come to distract us with miracles for their own sake, but to manifest His glory so that we might believe. What the Bible teaches is that we are now the temple of the Holy Spirit, not a marketplace of fears or distractions.
When we fix our eyes on strange occurrences, we risk missing the greater work of restoration happening within us. Jesus promised that He would raise up the temple in three days, pointing to His resurrection. This is the ultimate sign: not a light in the clouds, but life conquering death through Christ.
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.— John 2:19, KJV
Seeking the Lost and Found
Just as Jesus sought out Zacchaeus in Jericho, He seeks you in your confusion and fear. He does not leave you to wander in the shadows of speculation. The Bible says that He came to seek and to save that which was lost, including your peace of mind.
God’s sovereignty covers every corner of the universe, from the highest heavens to the depths of your heart. You do not need to fear what you cannot explain, because the One who holds the stars also holds your future. Trust in His word over the whispers of uncertainty.
For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.— Luke 19:10, KJV
Let go of the need to control or explain every mystery. Instead, rest in the truth that Jesus is Lord over all creation and every human heart. When you anchor your soul in His love, the skies no longer bring fear, but point to His majesty. You are seen, you are known, and you are held.
