Anxiety is exhausting. It is the feeling of carrying tomorrow's problems with today's strength, and finding that you do not have enough. If your mind is racing right now, if your chest feels tight, if you are paralyzed by the 'what-ifs' of the future — you are not the first person to feel this way, and God is not surprised by your fear.
The Bible does not just tell us to "stop worrying." It gives us something to do with the worry.
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." — Philippians 4:6-7, KJV

A Simple Prayer to Calm Anxiety
Lord — my mind is spinning and I cannot make it stop on my own. I am handing You the things I cannot control. I am handing You tomorrow. Give me the peace that passes understanding, because my own understanding is only giving me panic. Guard my heart. Guard my mind. I trust You. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Breathe. The God who holds the universe holds you too. You do not have to figure everything out today.
