You may have clicked here because you are tired in a way that sleep does not fix. The kind of tired that comes from fighting the same battle for too long, from carrying weight that was never supposed to be yours alone, from showing up day after day when everything in you wants to stop.
This prayer is for you.
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." — Philippians 4:13, KJV
A Prayer for Strength Right Now
Lord — I am out of my own strength. I have nothing left to give from my own reserves. So I am asking You to be strong in the places where I am weak. Isaiah 40:31 says those who wait on You will renew their strength. I am waiting. I am here. Fill me with what I cannot manufacture on my own. In Jesus' name. Amen. — Pray this now. Pray it again tonight.
What God Says About Your Weakness
The Apostle Paul — who was beaten, shipwrecked, imprisoned, and left for dead — wrote to the Corinthians: "When I am weak, then am I strong" (2 Corinthians 12:10, KJV). Not in spite of weakness. Because of it.
God does not require you to be strong before He shows up. He shows up precisely because you are not. Your exhaustion is not a disqualifier — it is an invitation. The moment you run out of your own strength is the moment His begins.
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength." — Isaiah 40:29, KJV
You are faint. He gives power to the faint. That verse was written for this exact moment. Use it.
