The Seed of Your Sorrow
When pain feels overwhelming, it is easy to feel scattered like seeds blown by the wind. You may feel like your hope has fallen on stony ground, where the sun of distress scorches you before your roots can grow deep.
But in Matthew 13, Jesus reminds us that the heart is the soil where eternal truths take root. Even when the enemy tries to steal your peace, He is the faithful Sower who does not give up on you.
This KJV Bible verse for healing is not just about physical restoration, but the deep, abiding peace of a soul anchored in Christ.
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.— Matthew 13:8, KJV
A Face Set Toward Grace
Sometimes, the path to restoration feels steep and unwelcoming. Like the Samaritans who did not receive Him, the world may seem cold to your grief.
Yet, Jesus stedfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem, knowing that suffering precedes glory. He understands your journey because He walked it first.
As you seek this scripture for comfort, remember that His journey was paved with love. He enters your pain not to judge, but to heal.
And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,— Luke 9:51, KJV
Let your heart become that good ground today. Jesus did not come to leave you with your wounds, but to bring forth fruit from them. Trust in His word, and let His healing power take root in your spirit.
